Noel is an extremely talented actor/director/writer who won a Laurence Olivier Award for Most Promising Newcomer for his performance in the play, WHERE DO WE LIVE, at the Royal Court Theatre in 2003.

He has written, directed and also stars in his latest feature, ADULTHOOD, which revisits characters seven years on from his previous hit movie, KIDULTHOOD. The greatly received ADULTHOOD pushes home the moral lesson that crime doesn't pay and is one of the highest grossing British films of 2008.

Noel is currently filming a new feature title HEARTLESS directed by Philip Ridley and also starring Jim Sturgess, Clemence Poesy, Timothy Spall, and Eddie Marsan. Expected to be released early next year.

In March he was seen playing Michael in WEST 10 LDN, a cutting edge drama for BBC3 which he also wrote. His writing credits also include TORCHWOOD.

You will recognise him from DR. WHO in which he played Mickey Smith for 13 episodes.
