Amanda is a popular television presenter from Dublin who started her career in TV in 1999 presenting the popular breakfast show Ireland AM on TV3. Her big break in England came when she landed the job of co-hosting the iconic Channel 4 show THE BIG BREAKFAST for it's final year in 2002. She also presented celebrity news show LIQUID NEWS on BBC3 in 2002.
For the past 4 years she has been working in the States presenting shows like THE SWAN and PARADISE HOTEL (Fox). Whilst in LA she presented UK shows for Sky including Oscars Coverage 2005 / 2006 and 2 series of ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT.
Having returned to the UK, Amanda is now co-presenting TOTAL WIPEOUT alongside Richard Hammond on BBC1. This British version of the US game show WIPEOUT is already a huge hit, and the second series wowed Saturday night audiences of over 5 million people on a weekly basis.
Amanda has returned from Argentina where she filmed for the hotly-anticipated 3rd series which will air on BBC1 for 9 weeks from the 3rd April.
