Alexa's new show, FROCK ME, is a brand new music and fashion show for Channel 4 in the autumn. She joins hot young designer Henry Holland for 7 weeks from October 5th on C4 at 11.30am.
The series will have a fast-paced, spontaneous magazine format which each week explores a youth culture trend from the worlds of fashion and music - everything from club chic to rock n roll jeans and vintage - that will link celebrity guests, bands, regular guests and VTs. Each show will look at the theme's influence from it's roots right up to which designers are rocking the look on the catwalk and how to achieve it without breaking the bank.
She joined fashion guru Gok Wan for a new unique show, titled GOK'S FASHION FIX. It followed designers and trends and included celebrity interviews and a live studio audience.
Alexa's most recent show, THE WALL, was a dedicated showcase for the next generation of British comedy and entertainment talent.
Each week celebrity guests joined the regular cast for a mix of sketches, interviews and music performed live in front of an audience. Viewers were treated to electrifying and exclusive performances from some of the coolest new bands on the scene.
She continues to present C4's daily music show FRESHLY SQUEEZED on weekday mornings at 7am and is a regular face on T4 weekends.
She hosted T4 on the Beach with Rick, Steve and Miquita on 20th July and will be presenting the V Festival in August. She will also be seen every weekday morning with Rick Edwards throughout August on T4 SUMMER HOLIDAY for C4.
In October Alexa will join forces with Brit Fashion Designer Henry Holland on a new fashion show called 'Frock Me' (working title). The show will go out as part of T4, Sunday mornings from 5th October.
Alexa began presenting POPWORLD on April 22, 2006 alongside Alex Zane, taking over from previous presenters Miquita Oliver and Simon Amstell. Prior to this, Chung appeared in music videos for artists such as The Streets, Holly Valance and Westlife as well as a "scripted reality TV" micro-series for Fashion TV called SHOOT ME opposite Yasmin Le Bon, and numerous commercials and editorial shoots.
Chung co-presented Ben Elton's comedy series GET A GRIP for ITV in April and May 2007.
