
The exciting series THE LAST ENEMY provided a stellar cast including David, Robert Carlyle, Max Beesley and Benedict Cumberbatch. The story was about how technology could transform Britain into a surveillance society - threatening human relationships and destroying trust. Other projects for 2008 include GUN RUSH, a one off drama for ITV1 with Timothy Spall.
David is a credible, versatile and compelling British actor. Probably best known for his roles in BABYFATHER alongside Angela Griffin, and more recently RUBY IN THE SMOKE for the BBC with Billie Piper and Julie Walters. David also has an enviable list of theatre credits (HENRY IV, ANTHONY & CLEOPATRA, KING LEAR and ROMEO & JULIET) and is proud to be the first black actor to play OTHELLO which was performed at the Royal National Theatre.
David was one of the leads in THE PALACE which had a great line up of British talent. David played Major Simon Brooks, the private secretary to Princess Eleanor.
David's unmissable performance as Captain Poison in the huge hit BLOOD DIAMOND alongside Leo Di Caprio surely helped earn the movie its 5 Oscar nominations.
David lives in London with his partner and two daughters.
He plays a lot of football and has played for Arsenal Celebrity 11 side. Other interests include F1 and cooking.
David enjoys doing drama workshops with young offenders and hopes to do more such work in the future.
