Burn played Dr Owen Harper in the second series of TORCHWOOD which is currently top of the viewings pole on BBC America. He played Ray Galton in THE CURSE OF STEPTOE which was a one-off drama for the BBC. Ray Galton of Galton and Simpson were behind STEPTOE and a huge writing force in the 60's and 70's.
2008 brings another fantastic project for Burn, he stars alongside Elijah Wood and John Hurt in THE OXFORD MURDERS.
Burn is a supremely talented and versatile actor. He was well received in his role as Guppy in the brilliant BLEAK HOUSE. His impressive film credits include Matthew Vaughn's LAYER CAKE as well as PENELOPE which is due for release next year and also stars Christina Ricci and Reese Witherspoon.
Future projects include THE OXFORD MURDERS with Eijah Wood and John Hurt and SEX AND THE CITY alongside Sarah Parish.
Burn was born in Hollywood to British parents and moved to the UK as a child. He is also a very talented musician, producer and DJ and was BBC Radio 1 Human Beatbox Champion in 2003.
